Carolyne has a proven track record in managing diverse research initiatives and consultancy projects for organizations such as Action Aid, the National Crime Research Centre, and FoVET Research and Consultancy. Her professional portfolio includes developing M&E systems and long-term strategic plans for organizations like the Family Bank Foundation and PACJA. She is highly proficient in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis to drive evidence-based decision-making.
Beyond her technical research capabilities, Carolyne has experience in organizational leadership, including leading CRM adoption for managerial efficiency. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Security Studies and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field at Tharaka University.
