Benedict Kariuki
Benedict Kariuki is a seasoned Management Consultant with over 15 years of professional experience spanning strategy, human capital development, and innovation. He has advised organizations across diverse sectors, including agri-finance, agricultural value chains, professional and financial services, education, retail, trade, and non-profit institutions, supporting them to strengthen governance, optimize performance, and achieve sustainable growth.
He is currently a Consultant at GAK Advisory, based in Nairobi, where he works closely with executive teams and boards on strategic planning, organizational development, and institutional capacity building. Benedict holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, bringing a strong analytical and people-centered perspective to leadership and decision-making. He has both local and international exposure, enabling him to contribute effectively within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
He currently serves on the Board of Youth Initiatives–Kenya (YIKE), where he provides strategic oversight and governance support.
