Millicent Mibey
Millicent Mibey is a safeguarding, gender, and social inclusion specialist with over 13 years of experience advancing protection-centered programming in humanitarian and development settings. She holds a Master in Project Planning and Management. She has strong expertise in integrating safeguarding and social risk management into multi-sector programs, strengthening accountability systems, and promoting safe, equitable access to services for vulnerable and marginalized populations.
